Shipping & Delivery

We try and get out all retail orders in 1-3 days.  This may be slightly longer at times, for which we apologise.  Unless otherwise specified we will send out all parcels the most economic route - the equivalent of First Class post.  Postage is £2.75 - £5.00, dependent on weight.

Wholesale orders can take longer than this.  Sometimes articles may be out of stock, or will need dyeing.  Please let us know at the time of ordering whether you would like us to hold a back order for you.  We aim to get out all wholesale orders within the week, but if there is a real rush, please tell us and we will always try our best to help! Wholesale shipping is always the most economic method.  This will be charged on your final invoice.

 Privacy & Security

We maintain a commitment to our customers privacy with strong policies that respect and ensure the security of your personal information.  The information provided to us is used solely for credit card processing and to ensure that the order is shipped correctly.  No credit card details are kept.  If you sign up for our email newsletter, information may be sent to keep you informed about changes, special offers, and other store information.  Under no circumstances will your email address or any other private information be given or sold to a third party.
Returns & Replacements
We hope you are satisfied with any goods that you purchase from us.  If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods to arrange a refund or replacement.  Unwanted goods must be returned to us with their original packaging in their original condition within 14 days.  Please contact us prior to returning anything as we will not accept any returns without prior knowledge. We reserve the right to add a 15% restocking fee.  We do not refund postage and packing where goods are unwanted but in perfect, as described condition.
Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen.  If you should receive damaged or faulty goods you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund including postage and packing.  Please contact us prior to sending any items back.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept credit cards, paypal and cheques.  To find out more about any promotions we may have, or details of any new products, please sign up to our newsletter.   For Wholesale orders, although the website will take the order it is not set up to take payment.  We will raise an invoice separately once the order is picked and you will be charged according to the terms of your account.
