We try and get out all orders in 1-3 days.  This may be slightly longer at times, for which we apologise.  Unless otherwise specified we will send out all parcels the most economic route - the equivalent of First Class post.  

Standard postage is £2.95

Tracked & Signed for service is £5.95

Worldwide International Signed For £12.95

Returns & Replacements

Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen.  If you should receive damaged or faulty goods you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund including postage and packing.  Please contact us prior to returning anything as we will not accept any returns without prior knowledge.  We do not refund postage and packing where goods are unwanted but in perfect, as described condition.
